Tiramisu ca 8 - 10 bitar
 
Ingredienser  
2 paket (500 g) mascarponeost 
5 msk strösocker
3 dl vispgrädde
4 äggulor
200 g savoiardikex
1,5 msk konjak el mandellikör
4 msk starkt kaffe
1 msk kakao
 
Tillagning            
Tillagningstid: 40 minuter, 1 1/2 timme i kylskåp
1. Blanda grädden med 1 msk socker i en djup bunke. Vispa grädden ganska hårt.
2. Separera äggulan från äggvita. Spara äggulorna och blanda med resten av sockret i en stor bunke. Rör ner mascarponeosten och vispa till en fast crème.
3. Vänd ner grädden i marscarponecrémen och rör försiktigt så att det blandas.
4. Blanda espresso med konjak
5. Lägg ett lager (ca 12 st) kex i botten av en medelstor glasform med hög kant.
6. Doppa snabbt kexen i konjakskaffet. Det ska inte bli för mycket vätska för att desserten inte ska bli för blöt. All vätska kommer inte riktigt att gå åt.
7. Bred hälften av crémen som ett lager över kexen.
